Atari 2600 : 1982 or 83

my first gaming console was the the atari 2600. my parents purchased it for me from consumers electronics (or something to that effect). it was hooked up through the betamax to the tv. i had a couple of games: pac man, pitfall, missle command, space invaders, and astroids. i might of had berzerk but my memory has already failed me.

Atari 7800 : 1983 - 1986

i started visiting my cousins in the burbs and they had an atari 7800 with a color tv. my aunts were a pretty good gamers back then rocking centipede, ms. pac man, q-bert, galaga and donkey kong.

Vectrex : 1983 - 1986

my friend, eman, had vectrex. although i only played it a couple of times, i thought that was the coolest gaming system i'd ever since during that time period. my favorite games were astroids and battlezone, cause i'd kick ass. I also remember playing berzerk and flipper pinball on this system.

Commodore 64/128 : around 1985

my father bought me a commodore 64/128. unfortunately, i don't remember any of the names. it had a floppy drive and i used to copy some games from a friend of a friend. i had this solemn king's kind of game, and this barbarian game where you could decapitate your opponent with this special conan move. this system met it's end after a terrible incident with my mom's coke or coffee.
